Purchase & Licensing

After completing your purchase through Stripe, your license key is automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This usually happens within seconds. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Licenses are valid for 14 or 30 days from the time of activation, depending on which plan you purchase. The software will show you how many days remain on your license.

No, this is a one-time payment. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. When your license expires, you can choose to purchase another license if you wish to continue using the software.

Each license is tied to a single machine. If you need to use CardCounter.VIP on multiple computers, you'll need to purchase a separate license for each one.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe's secure payment processing. Some regions may also have access to additional payment methods.

Software & Usage

CardCounter.VIP uses the Hi-Lo counting system, the most popular and widely-used card counting method. Cards 2-6 count as +1, cards 7-9 count as 0, and cards 10-Ace count as -1.

The software supports anywhere from 1 to 8 decks. You can configure the number of decks in the settings to match the shoe size at your table for accurate true count calculation.

Use keyboard hotkeys to quickly input cards as they're dealt. Number keys (2-9, 0 for 10) input the corresponding cards, and letter keys (J, Q, K, A) input face cards and aces. Press R to reset the count for a new shoe, and U to undo the last card.

CardCounter.VIP is currently available for Windows (Windows 10 and Windows 11). Mac and Linux versions may be available in the future.

The overlay is designed to stay on top of any window, so it can be used alongside any application. However, please be aware that some online casinos may have terms of service that prohibit the use of card counting software.

The Running Count is the raw total of all card values you've tracked. The True Count divides the running count by the number of decks remaining, giving you a more accurate measure of your advantage. The True Count is what you should use for betting decisions.

Technical Questions

Yes, CardCounter.VIP is completely safe. Some antivirus software may flag it because it uses keyboard hooks to capture card inputs - this is necessary functionality, not malicious behavior. You may need to add an exception in your antivirus settings.

Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the software is new and hasn't been downloaded many times yet. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed. The software is safe - it just doesn't have widespread reputation yet.

An internet connection is required for initial license activation. After activation, the software works offline, though it will periodically verify the license when connected.

Yes! Contact us with the email address you used for purchase and we can resend your license key. Make sure to check your spam folder first.

Legal & Compliance

Card counting is legal in most jurisdictions - it's simply using your brain to track information. However, casinos are private businesses and can ask you to leave if they suspect you're counting. Using electronic devices to count cards is illegal in many places. This software is intended for educational and entertainment purposes.

Online casinos cannot detect software running on your computer. However, they may detect unusual betting patterns consistent with card counting. Physical casinos cannot detect the software, but using any electronic device for gambling purposes may be prohibited. Always follow local laws and casino rules.

CardCounter.VIP is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. It's a great tool for learning the Hi-Lo system and practicing card counting. How you choose to use this knowledge is your responsibility. Please gamble responsibly and follow all applicable laws.
